ELITE Property Brokerage asked MRPS to photograph an unfurnished two-bedroom apartment for sale in Old Town, the low-rise Arabian-style neighbourhood in Downtown Dubai, for its listings on Bayut and Property Finder. This is a rare ground-floor home with its own private garden: a green lawn framed by palms and bougainvillea, a shaded arched terrace and, from one corner, a clear view of the Burj Khalifa rising above the Old Town rooftops. Inside, the traditional character of the area continues with lantern light fittings, arched niches, dark wood doors and Arabian lattice details on the garden doors. With no furniture in the rooms, we let the light and the garden sell the space, photographing every room bright and true to colour with professional Canon equipment and keeping the green views sharp through every window. The result is a complete real estate photography set ready for the property portals, where the first photo decides whether a buyer clicks. Living Areas and Kitchen

The living and dining room opens straight onto the garden through tall sliding doors, so we shot it to show that connection, with the lawn visible from almost every angle. The kitchen has dark wood cabinets, granite worktops and a mosaic splashback, and we photographed it from both ends to show its full size, together with the hallways and the laundry cupboard that buyers always ask about.

Two Bedrooms and Bathrooms

The master bedroom has direct access to the garden, an arched niche, a walk-in wardrobe and its own bathroom with a bathtub and mosaic walls. The second bedroom also looks onto the greenery. In an empty home, wide but undistorted angles and careful window exposure make each room read at its true size, which matters on portals where buyers compare dozens of listings at once.

Photos Made for Bayut and Property Finder

Portal photos have to work at thumbnail size and on a phone screen, so we lead with the strongest frame, here the garden with the Burj Khalifa, and deliver every image straight, bright and correctly exposed.
