Apex Homes Real Estate asked MRPS to photograph a fully furnished three-bedroom residence at Atlantis The Royal on Palm Jumeirah, one of the most famous addresses in Dubai. The residences share the landmark tower with the Atlantis The Royal resort, and this home pairs designer furniture with a wide private terrace and views over the sea and the landscaped gardens. We photographed the terrace, the open plan living and dining area, the kitchen, all three bedrooms and the marble bathrooms in bright, true-colour HDR, keeping the views clear through every window. The result is a complete luxury real estate photography set that presents the home the way buyers and tenants expect from one of Palm Jumeirah's most exclusive buildings. Living, Dining and Kitchen
The open plan living area has large sofas, built-in shelving and floor-to-ceiling glass to the terrace, with a dining table for eight under a brass chandelier and a kitchen with a marble breakfast bar. We shot the space from several corners so buyers can understand the layout and see how each zone connects to the terrace and the view.
Three Bedrooms and Marble Bathrooms
The master suite has its own sitting area, a walk-in wardrobe and a marble bathroom with a freestanding bathtub and walk-in shower. The two other bedrooms each have their own style, one with a blue upholstered bed and a garden view, the other with a study desk and access to the terrace. We kept every bathroom bright and the marble veining sharp.
Shot with Canon L Series Wide-Angle Glass
Every photo in this set was taken with the Canon RF 14-35mm F4L IS USM lens on a professional Canon body. Its 14mm wide end captures the full terrace and the large living area in one frame, while the L series optics keep straight lines straight and detail sharp to the edges, which matters in a home where the finishes are part of the price.
