Concierge Auctions, the international luxury real estate auction house, asked MRPS to photograph an unfurnished three-bedroom residence at Palazzo Versace Dubai ahead of its sale. The residence sits in the Palazzo Versace complex at Jaddaf Waterfront, on the shore of Dubai Creek, and its arched balconies look over the creek and the landscaped pool gardens. With no furniture in the rooms, the finishes had to sell the home: inlaid marble floors, moulded ceilings, herringbone parquet in the bedrooms and mosaic bathrooms. We covered every space in bright, true-colour HDR photography, from the reception and kitchen to the master suite and the creek views, giving the auction listing a complete luxury real estate photography set that buyers anywhere in the world can trust. Bedrooms and Marble Bathrooms
The bedrooms are finished with herringbone parquet, built-in wardrobes and marble bathrooms. The master suite opens through a walk-in wardrobe into a marble bathroom with a round jacuzzi bathtub, a double vanity and mosaic wall art. We kept verticals straight and colours accurate, so the marble reads as marble and the parquet keeps its warm natural tone.
Show Kitchen and Hallways
The kitchen is finished in white cabinetry with a marble island, marble worktops and an inlaid marble floor. We photographed it from several angles to show the full size of the island and the storage, then followed the hallways that link the reception with the bedroom wing.
Photographing an Unfurnished Luxury Unit
An empty home shows its architecture honestly, but it can also look cold. For this Palazzo Versace residence we worked with natural daylight, wide but undistorted angles and careful window exposure, so every room feels bright and the Dubai Creek view stays clear through the glass.
