This real estate photography project was shot for Leeds Real Estate: an unfurnished five-bedroom villa over two floors in Al Furjan, Dubai, photographed for its sales listing. Empty rooms are harder to photograph than furnished ones, because there is nothing to hide behind. Every line has to be straight, every white wall clean and every space shown at its true size. We covered the whole property: the entrance hall with its lit marble staircase and private lift, the double-height living area opening onto the pool, the fitted kitchen, all five bedrooms with their wardrobes and en-suite bathrooms, the balconies and the roof terrace with its pergola and skyline view. Outside, the set covers the swimming pool with its mosaic water wall, the garden, the garage and the street facade.
