REITSTART Real Estate, a Swedish-founded brokerage in Dubai, commissioned this real estate photography set to sell a rare high-floor apartment at JBR through their Bayut and Property Finder listings. The unit is unfurnished, with more than four bedrooms plus a maid's room, and its whole personality is the outlook: floor-to-ceiling glass and a wraparound terrace facing the Arabian Gulf, JBR beach, Bluewaters Island and Ain Dubai. Empty white interiors are one of the hardest briefs in property photography, because there is nothing to hide behind and every wall, ceiling line and reflection has to stay clean and straight. We used ultra-wide coverage with corrected verticals and exposure-bracketed HDR so the rooms stay bright while the sea and the skyline outside keep their colour and detail. The result is a listing set that sells the view before a buyer ever books a viewing. See more of our photography.
