Apex Homes Real Estate is a British team working almost exclusively at the top of the Dubai market: luxury villas, branded residences and gated communities. They brought us in as their real estate photographer for a residence at W Residences on Palm Jumeirah, listed at around 95 million dirhams. The home is enormous and deliberately minimal, finished in book-matched marble and warm timber, controlled by remote, and opening onto landscaped gardens, the pool and an uninterrupted stretch of sea. Photographing a property this large is a discipline of restraint: the challenge is to show true scale and flow from room to room without a single bent wall or exaggerated angle. We worked on tilt-corrected wide lenses with exposure-bracketed HDR so the interiors hold their detail while the gardens and the sea outside stay bright and blue. Every reception room, bedroom, bathroom, dressing room and terrace was covered for the sales listing. See more of our photography.
