This real estate photography project featured four modern 2-bedroom empty units located in Canal Front Residences, Dubai. Designed for listing on sales and long-term rental platforms, the photography aimed to highlight the clean architectural lines, premium finishes, and exceptional canal and skyline views. The shoot was carried out with high-end equipment including the Canon EOS R6 Mark II and Canon RF 14-35mm F4L IS USM lens, ideal for wide-angle interior coverage. The lighting was carefully managed using a combination of natural daylight through floor-to-ceiling windows and ambient in-unit lighting. White balance and exposure were calibrated for a crisp, neutral finish across all scenes. Key visual goals were: Emphasizing the depth and spaciousness of open-plan areas. Capturing symmetrical architectural elements like long hallways and double sink vanities. Highlighting premium kitchen cabinetry and built-in appliances with balanced perspectives. Showcasing the expansive balconies overlooking the Dubai Water Canal with views of Downtown Dubai’s skyline, including the Burj Khalifa. Image editing focused on enhancing natural tones, maintaining vertical line precision, and optimizing brightness without overexposure. Subtle lens corrections and clarity adjustments were applied to maintain realistic spatial impressions. This shoot is an example of real estate photography executed to meet commercial standards for digital listings, maximizing buyer and tenant appeal through clean compositions and high-resolution clarity.
