XURU Stays Holiday Homes Rental asked MRPS to photograph a furnished studio at Trillionaire Residences by Binghatti in Business Bay before listing it on Airbnb. The unit has a private jacuzzi on the balcony and looks straight over the Dubai Water Canal, so we planned a day and night shoot around those two features. In daylight we covered the open plan living and sleeping area, the dining corner, the kitchen, the bathroom and the balcony with its canal view. At dusk we returned for the lit jacuzzi and the canal at night, then photographed the building amenities. Every frame was shot with a professional Canon camera body and Canon wide-angle lenses, giving a complete Airbnb photography gallery for a compact studio that feels open and bright. Night Shoot: Private Jacuzzi and Canal View
The balcony jacuzzi is the feature guests remember, and it looks its best after sunset. Once the sky turned blue, we photographed the jacuzzi with its own lighting, the balcony seating and the Dubai Water Canal with the Business Bay towers lit up behind it. Inside, we balanced the warm lamps with the view so the studio feels cosy while the windows still show the city clearly.
Trillionaire Residences Amenities
Guests compare buildings as much as apartments. We covered the swimming pool and pool deck with the Business Bay skyline, the residents' gym with its city view, the changing rooms and the sauna. Common areas are included in every MRPS Airbnb package at no extra cost, and other residents are never photographed.
