Corporate Event Photography in Dubai | My Arabic Publishing Educators Event at Movenpick Grand Al Bustan

My Arabic Publishing is a Dubai publisher of Arabic language learning programmes and children's books for schools, best known for its bilArabi curriculum. In January 2026 the company brought teachers, school leaders and authors together for a one day event at the Movenpick Grand Al Bustan in Dubai, with keynote speakers at the podium, a panel discussion on stage, a question and answer session with the audience and a display of its latest children's titles at the entrance. MRPS covered the whole day for the publisher's website, social media and press use: the room filling up, each speaker at the podium, the panel from the front and from the audience, reactions at the tables, the book display and the group photos at the end. Hotel ballrooms are dim and lit by warm chandeliers, so we worked with the available light rather than flash, keeping the atmosphere of the room and never interrupting a speaker, and matched the colour across the set so the screen, the faces and the white table linen all look natural. Alongside the stills we filmed a short vertical highlight video of the day, cut for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
