Construction Site Photography | Emaar Tower in Dubai Marina

Scroll

Binladin Contracting Group returned to us for a second project, this time as an Emaar subcontractor delivering a complete residential tower in Dubai Marina. The brief was progress documentation: to record the building as it rose, floor by floor, so the client could follow the construction story from structure to handover. Working from the roof down, we photographed the same positions on each level, keeping the vantage point consistent so the images read as a clear sequence. The set moves through every stage of the build: the top structural floors with their column and core-wall formwork, rebar and tower crane against the Marina skyline; the shored slabs and soffit formwork below; then blockwork, MEP first-fix, plastering and finally the finished, handover-ready floors. As construction site photography goes, this kind of work is about consistency, safe framing on a live site and controlling the harsh light between bright openings and shaded interiors. The result is a professional industrial and construction record of a full tower build. See more of our photography.
