Solea Stay, a boutique holiday home and short-term rental management company in Dubai, asked MRPS to photograph a two-bedroom apartment in Grande Signature Residences, one of the best known towers in Downtown Dubai, for its Airbnb and Booking.com listings. The unit sits on a high floor with floor to ceiling windows, plenty of natural sunlight and wide views over the Downtown skyline toward the sea, so our main goal was to show both the clean, minimal interior and the view in the same frame. We photographed the open plan living room with its curved sofas and statement chandeliers, the dining area and fully equipped kitchen, the balcony, the master bedroom with its arched backlit TV wall, walk in wardrobe and ensuite, the second bedroom and both bathrooms. Every room was shot on a Canon EOS R6 Mark II with the Canon RF 14-35mm f/4L lens, one of the best wide angle lenses for architecture and interiors, keeping vertical lines straight and the rooms true to size. We balanced the bright daylight with the interior so the windows show the skyline instead of a white glare, and our editing kept the soft white and beige tones clean and natural, giving guests an honest and inviting first look at the apartment.
