One studio, one week, three very different professionals. In late July a CEO, a veterinary doctor and a business leader each booked a headshot session at our Business Bay studio, and each needed a portrait that speaks to a different audience. The CEO needed authority for investors, board papers and the company website. The doctor needed warmth, because pet owners choose the person who will care for their animal. The businesswoman needed a leadership image that feels confident and open at the same time. We kept one consistent studio look, a graduated grey studio backdrop with soft directional light, and changed the posing, expression and framing for each person. This is how our corporate photography service adapts the same craft to every profession.
Professional Headshots for Doctors and Veterinarians
A clinic photo is often the first thing a patient sees before booking, and for a veterinary clinic the owner is the client. We photographed the doctor in his own clinic scrubs instead of a suit, because the uniform tells people what he does before they read a word. Arms crossed with a broad, natural smile gives him the balance a medical professional needs: capable, but easy to talk to. Doctors, dentists, vets and therapists can use these portraits on the clinic website, Google Business Profile, booking platforms and team pages.
Leadership Portraits for Businesswomen
For the businesswoman we built two frames: a relaxed three-quarter portrait with one hand in the pocket and a more formal headshot in a navy blazer with hands together. The lighter grey backdrop softens the mood without losing the executive feel. It is a different approach from our earlier businesswoman headshots session, which used two coloured backdrops, and shows how much the backdrop alone can change the message of a portrait.
One Headshot Does Not Fit Every Role
The CEO in this set received four frames, standing and seated, with and without a smile, so his team can choose the right one for a press release, a speaker profile or LinkedIn profile photography.
