StayComfy Holiday Homes asked MRPS to photograph a two-bedroom apartment at Grande Signature Residences in Downtown Dubai before listing it on Airbnb. The unit faces the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Fountain, so we planned a day and night shoot to show the view at its best. In daylight we covered every room with HDR photography: the open plan living and dining area, the kitchen, the master bedroom, the twin bedroom, both bathrooms and the balcony. After sunset we returned to the same angles as the Burj Khalifa and the city lit up, then added the building amenities. The result is a complete Airbnb photography gallery that answers guest questions before they ask, with a cover photo that stops the scroll. Night Shoot: Burj Khalifa After Dark
A view like this sells a listing, and it looks completely different at night. Once the sky turned dark blue, we photographed the living room, the balcony and both bedrooms again with the Burj Khalifa, the Dubai Fountain and the Downtown skyline lit up behind them. Interior lights were balanced with the view, so the rooms stay warm and inviting while the windows show the city clearly, not as a bright white glare.
Building Amenities Included
Guests often choose between two similar units in the same tower based on the facilities. We covered the residents' games room, the indoor and outdoor play areas for children, the lounge, the gym and the terrace with its Burj Khalifa view. Common areas are included in every MRPS Airbnb package at no extra cost, and other residents are never photographed.
