Arsh is a Dubai-based influencer and a new face in modeling, and he found MRPS through our website while looking for a male modeling portfolio photographer. He booked our Start package, the entry-level modeling portfolio session for beginners: one hour in the studio, posing guidance and natural retouching. We began with clean colour digitals in a plain black t-shirt and jeans, front, side and three-quarter, so agencies can see his real look and proportions. Then we moved to black and white for a more editorial set, with a graphic tee, a tank top, a leather jacket and a few shirtless frames on a studio stool. Digitals First, Then Editorial
For a male model, the first thing agencies ask for is a set of digitals: simple, natural photos that show build, posture and face shape from every angle. We shot those first, in colour on a light grey background, with full-length and half-length frames. Once the basics were done, we switched to black and white, which suits strong features and textured outfits and gives an influencer content that stands out on a feed. The same one-hour session covered both.
What the Start Package Includes
Start is our entry package for new faces: a one-hour studio session, 15 edited photos in a clean polaroid style, posing guidance throughout and natural retouching, delivered within three business days. Makeup, hair styling and extra photos can be added on request, and models who need a casting video can move up to the Prime package.
