Getting a whole team to a studio costs a day of diary juggling. Instead, we bring the full corporate headshot setup to your office: professional lighting, a backdrop of your choice and the same posing guidance and retouching as our studio sessions. Your team walks in one at a time, each session takes a few minutes, and nobody leaves the building. We photograph in offices across Dubai and travel to Abu Dhabi and the other emirates.
Plain backdrop headshots
We set up a portable backdrop and studio lights in a meeting room. Light grey is our standard for corporate headshots, and on request we bring white or a single colour of your choice so every photo matches your brand guidelines. One backdrop colour per visit keeps the whole team consistent.
Office environment portraits
Your reception, boardroom or workspace becomes the background. We use your company logo wall, window light and the real office setting, so the portraits show where your team works. Ideal for leadership pages, LinkedIn and press use.
On-Site Pricing
On-site sessions use the same per-person packages as above: One, Plus or ICON, with the same retouching and delivery times. The only difference is a single call-out fee per visit, AED 500 anywhere in Dubai or AED 1,000 in Abu Dhabi and the other emirates, which covers travel, setup and the backdrop of your choice. It is charged once, however many people we photograph, and packages can be mixed within the same visit.

Can you take corporate headshots at our office?
Yes. We bring portable studio lighting, a backdrop and the full camera setup to your office, co-working space or any location in the UAE. A meeting room of about 3 x 4 metres is enough, setup takes around 30 minutes, and each person is photographed in 5 to 10 minutes, so a team of 20 is usually finished within half a day. There is no upper limit on team size; larger companies can be split over two days or two stations.
What backgrounds are available for on-site headshots?
You choose one backdrop colour per visit. Light grey is our standard for corporate headshots, and white or a single colour matching your brand is available on request at no extra cost. Alternatively we photograph your team against the office itself, for example the reception logo wall, the boardroom or a window with natural light.
Will on-site headshots match the ones taken in the studio?
Yes. We use the same lighting setup, the same posing guidance and the same retouching process on location, so a new joiner photographed later still matches the rest of the team. Most companies keep the same backdrop colour on every visit for exactly this reason.
