This 1-bedroom interior photography project at Creek Beach (Surf 1) was developed for an Airbnb listing, aiming to deliver crisp, inviting, and editorial-level visuals that elevate the unit's digital presence. The scope involved a full visual coverage of the unit, including bedroom, living area, dining setup, bathroom, and balcony access — all captured with a natural, lifestyle-oriented tone. The shoot was executed using the Canon EOS R6 Mark II, paired with Canon RF 14-35mm F4L IS USM lens. These optics allowed for versatile room coverage, minimal distortion, and excellent edge-to-edge sharpness across all compositions. A consistent lighting approach was maintained throughout. Ambient daylight was prioritized, diffused naturally through sheer curtains and complemented by in-room lighting. No artificial flash was used, preserving the authentic light environment. This approach helped maintain the warm neutral palette of the space, while ensuring color fidelity and soft shadows — essential for digital booking platforms. The bedroom shots utilized center-weighted compositions and a shallow depth of field to highlight comfort-driven details like textured throws, patterned cushions, and the matte finish of furniture surfaces. Framing was intentionally tight to enhance intimacy without sacrificing spatial clarity. In the living and dining areas, a wide but not exaggerated angle was chosen to maintain architectural realism. Key furniture pieces were aligned to create visual flow between zones — sofa to dining, dining to kitchen — enhancing the sense of layout and livability. A breakfast setup was carefully styled to add narrative and warmth, and photographed top-down and at 45° for dimensional depth. The bathroom was captured with balanced verticals and flat lighting to reduce reflections on glass and tile, showcasing the hygiene and minimalism of the design. Post-production focused on white balance correction, vertical alignment, lens profile correction, and micro-contrast enhancement. No heavy HDR or over-editing was applied — the final result preserves a clean, real, and premium look essential for modern vacation rentals. This shoot reflects a high-standard visual documentation, tailored for short-term rental platforms, with an emphasis on space feel, atmosphere, and booking impact.
